Add or Change Your Tickets, Licences, and Permits

Tickets, Permits, and Licences:

How to Add Tickets:

1. Go to the Profile tab on the left hand side of your dashboard

2. Navigate to Tickets, Permits & Licences.

3. Click Add Tickets.

    • *Ticket: The name of the ticket.
    • *Year completed: Add the year that you received the ticket.
    • *Institution: Add the university, school, or training facility where you received the ticket.
    • Duration (years): Add the number of years it took to complete the tickets.
      • We recommend rounding up to the next year if it took less than 1 full year.
    • State (optional): Add the state where you completed the ticket
    • Comments (optional): Add any notes
    • Upload Documents (optional): You can scan or save your ticket and upload the image to support your ticket listings

4. Click Save.


How to Add Licences:

1. Go to the Profile tab on the left hand side of your dashboard

2. Navigate to Tickets, Permits & Licences.

3. Click Add Licences.

4. Fill out the following details:

    • *Licence: Type of Licence.
    • *Licence Type: Select the type of licence between Driver's Licence or Licence to perform High Risk Work. 
    • *Institution: Add the university, school, or training facility where you received the licence. 
    • *Year Completed: Add the year that you received the licence. 
    • State (optional):Add the State where you completed the licence.
    • Duration (years): Add the number of years it took to complete the licence.
      • We recommend rounding up to the next year if it took less than 1 full year.
    • Comments (optional): Add any notes
    • Upload Documents (optional): You can scan or save your licence and upload the image to support your permit listings.

5. Click Save.


How to Add Other:

1. Go to the Profile tab on the left hand side of your dashboard

2. Navigate to Tickets, Permits & Licences.

3. Click Add Other.

4. Fill out the following details:

    • *Name: Add the name of the permit.
    • *Year Completed: Add the year that you completed the permit.
    • *Institution: Add the university, school, or training facility where you completed the permit. 
    • Duration (years): Add the number of years it took to complete the permit.
      • We recommend rounding up to the next year if it took less than 1 full year.
    • State (optional): Add the State where you completed the permit.
    • Comments (optional): Add any notes
    • Upload Documents (optional):You can scan or save your permit and upload the image to support your LiveHire Profile.

5. Click Save.


Made a mistake? You can edit an entry by clicking edit, or delete it completely by clicking bin icon.
